The Systematic Aviation English Proficiency Test (SAEPT) is approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia. The test is designed to assess the language competency of flight operations crew, as prescribed in ICAO Annex 1 – Personnel Licensing. The objective of the test system is to ensure that all categories of pilots of the global spectrum can be accurately tested on their language proficiency for the purpose of licensing.
